1) Locker up will pulse to make sure ramp doesn't snap shut on itself

2) If ball search is started cannon motor will turn off after two seconds

3) Some improved jet bumper hit logic

4) Cannon time out period resets when ball is in launcher (stuck balls don't
count against player)

Things that aren't corrected:

1) Player 4 hitting 3-bank ric. get's tilt graphic instead

2) Player 2's ball saver timer does not work

3) Wrong back ground music played when changing modes after sink ship

4) Ball drains during video modes are not saved.

5) Player two can not accumulate locker opens when sink ship is lit.
