Common coil and flashlamp driver transistor found mostly in older/early electronic solid-state (SS) pinballs with 25-50vdc coil circuits.
Replaces factory original parts such as 2N6043, 2N6045, 8977S, SE9301, SE9302, NTE #s NTE261 & NTE263, Bally # E585-34, Williams # 5A-8977, and similar others.
TIP120 is the NPN equivalent to PNP TIP115.
