Williams publication # 16-539-101 (2nd edition). This is the 7-page instruction manual for the Williams System 9 test fixture which was supplied by the Williams factory to their distributors for use in testing and repairing circuit boards for Williams System 9 pinball games.

If you are lucky enough to have a functional System 9 test fixture (see image below for example), this is the instruction manual you will need to operate it.

Many original System 9 test fixtures were modified so they could accommodate later System 11 board sets, so much of the information in this manual can also be used with testers modified for System 11 boards.

System 8 boards can also be tested on the System 9 fixture, so this manual will aid in testing those boards as well (manual includes a section on System 8 board testing).

NOTE: If you do NOT have a Williams System 9 Test Fixture, then this manual will not be of any use to you- it does not help operate or repair pinball machines. It contains only instructions for operating the test fixture unit.
