Ball Gate Hood / Cover (Bally) (SEE NOTE):

Large ball gate cover, or hood, used on some older Bally games where the wireform gate under this hood (not included) is controlled (open/closed) by the game via a rod that comes up from under the playfield. Designed to allow balls to pass at certain times during play. Cover only- wireform gate and other associated parts/hardware not included. Part of gate/rod assembly #s AS-2250-4 and AS-2250-11. May also replace Williams # 1A-3864.

Measures 3-3/16-inches overall length. Hood portion measures 2-inches long, 1-3/8-inches wide.

NOTE:Several Bally parts catalogs have conflicting information on this part number. We have deduced that P-6000 is most likely the correct part number. Some catalogs list a standard spinner target bracket as P-6000 (we believe # P-5867-10 is the correct part number for the standard spinner bracket). Please go by description and image when ordering this product, rather than relying on possibly incorrect part numbers.

NOTE ON CONDITION: Limited quantities remaining. These are factory-original NOS parts that were manufactured 40-50 years ago and are unused, but do have some very minor superficial scuffs and tiny scratches from the factory manufacturing/handling process, and/or from age and storage over the decades. In short, they are not meticulously perfect, nor in what some might call mint condition. Bear in mind that these parts were made to go on commercial pinball machines in bars, truck stops, bowling alleys, and arcades- not in museums or on the atomic clock.

If the condition of this part described here simply wont do on your high-end or showpiece antique pinball game, please do not purchase. Or consider having the part refinished, polished, and triple-chrome plated by a plating shop after you have purchased, at your own additional expense.
