Single N-channel MOSFET rated 47 amps, 100 volts. TO-220-3 package.

Replacement for obsolete BUK9529 flipper coil driver for some Stern S.A.M. system driver boards for flipper coil circuits at positions Q15 and U16.

Replaces Stern # 110-0168-00 and # IRF3710PBF.

NOTE: Stern installed a few different MOSFETs for flipper coil circuits on SAM system boards, depending on the game, so please verify that your board has this type of MOSFET (replacing obsolete BUK9529) before purchasing, as electronic parts are not returnable.
