Set of 6 T-nuts. Accepts #6 diameter screw, 32 thread pitch. Steel, zinc-plated.
For older games with smaller #6-32 screws/studs.
Replaces Bally # M-108-15 and Bally/Williams # 4406-01118-00.
NOTE: Vintage Bally Games: Original T-nuts on older Bally games (1970s and early/mid 1980s) had a slightly longer neck and were able to accommodate slightly shorter machine-thread screws and studs from the top side of the playfield.
Longer-neck T-nuts are no longer made, and the ones we sell are current industry standard (slightly shorter than originals by maybe 1/16 inch or so...)
If you are not able to get a screw or stud to thread into one of these standard T-nuts, you may need to use a longer screw, or drill a slight recess into the bottom side of the playfield- slightly larger than the diameter of the T-nut- to allow the T-nut to sit further into the playfield wood and more adequately grip the threads of the screw/stud. For doing this, we recommend using a 5/8 inch diameter Forstner bit (or similar drill bit) to a depth of 1/8 inch or so. See additional image below for example.
