5 gram tube of white heat sink grease (thermal paste). Used to assure proper heat transfer between semiconductor component and metal heat sink. Use between rectifiers and heat sinks (or metal chassis) to keep them running cool and lasting long. Can also be used on other components that use heat sinks such as large driver transistors, TRIACs, SCRs, and more.
