12-inch fluorescent tube, cool white 4100K, T15 diameter (5/8 inch), 8-watts, 6,000 hour lifespan. Used for general illumination lighting in backbox of some early 1980s Bally games (see game listing below). Also used in many Bally slot machines and possible other amusement games. Replaces F8T5CW and similar others.
Use with starter # FS2 and ballast # BALLAST24_60HZ.
NOTE: All fluorescent lamps are sold tested, working. If your new lamp does not work, chances are you have a failed or mis-matched starter, shorted or mis-matched ballast, or both.
If your ballast is shorted, it will short-out your new lamp, and you will have to replace the ballast, and buy another lamp.
We recommend purchasing fluorescent tubes in lots of 2, just in case your short one out.
