Flipper rebuild kit for many Bally pinball games made between May 1975 and April 1980 (see game listing below).
This kit includes a 2-leaf end-of-stroke (EOS) switch that was typically used on earlier games in this era, and replaces discontinued Bally switch # ASW-A20-23. Please verify your game uses this type of switch before ordering. If your game uses a 3-leaf EOS switch, please order kit # FLKIT7 instead.
This kit includes replacement parts for 1 flipper (left or right).
Includes the following parts:- 1 coil plunger & link # A-3714-3
- 1 coil stop # A-613-127
- 1 coil sleeve # 03-7066
- 1 2-leaf end-of-stroke (EOS) switch # 03-7811 (replaces discontinued # ASW-A20-23, see note below)
- 2 EOS switch screws # HWR02-020506
- 1 coil plunger spring # 10-135
- 2 coil stop screws # HWR02-020804B
- 1 flipper bushing # C-649-53
- 1 metal washer for flipper crank # HWR03-041301A (replaces obsolete nylon washer)
- 1 original-style e-clip for flipper crank # ECLIP3/16HD
- 1 optional hairpin clip for flipper crank # 12-6227 (optional alternative to using above e-clip)
- Installation instructions
Flipper crank (left or right) is not included in this kit as it is not a wear part, but can be ordered separately if needed. Order # A-3711-2 (left) or A-3711-3 (right).
IMPORTANT NOTES ON EOS (End of Stroke) SWITCHES:- EOS switch in this kit is a 2-leaf switch. If your game uses a 3-leaf switch (common in later games), please order kit # FLKIT7 instead.
- This kit includes one (1) EOS switch. If the flipper assembly you are rebuilding has a 2nd (outer) EOS switch which controls an upper flipper, you may or may not need to replace that 2nd switch. If you do, it must be ordered separately (not included in kit because not all games that use this kit have upper flippers.) You can order part # ASW-A10-45 separately.

- 2-leaf (03-7811): Included in kit.
- 3-leaf (ASW-A20-34): Use # HWR02-020510-10PK (sold separately).
- 2-leaf (03-7811) with 2nd switch (ASW-A10-45) for upper flipper: Use # HWR02-020514 (sold separately).
- 3-leaf with 2nd switch: Use # HWR02-020516B (sold separately).
