Extractor tool for use with PLCC (ASIC) chips. PLCC chips are square chips with legs on all 4 sides, and some are used on many later-model pinball games from approx. 1991-up. This hand tool has small hooks that reach around and under the PLCC chip on diagonal corners and allow the chip to be pulled straight up for easy and safe removal without damage. Measures approx. 4-inches tall x 2-inches wide x 5/8-inches thick (10 x 5 x 1.5 cm).
