Flipper coil driver N-channel MOSFET for some Stern S.A.M. system driver boards for flipper coil circuits at positions Q15 and Q16.

Rated 46 amps, 100 volts. TO-220-3 package.

Replaces Stern # 110-0168-00.

NOTE: Stern installed a few different MOSFETs for flipper coil circuits on SAM system boards, depending on the game, so please verify that your board has this type of MOSFET before purchasing, as electronic parts are not returnable.
