Discontinued - can substitute Williams # SW-1A-120 as replacement, with some adjustment to mounting position. Be sure to add switch diode, and insulate switch from metal actuator to avoid ground shorts.
Leaf switch and diode assembly with fish-paper insulator for ball trough/outhole in some early Bally electronic solid-state (SS) games.
