Shoe holds 3-inch flipper cap such as Bally # C-611-5, Gottlieb # C-13150, or Stern # 4B-122-W.
Requires 1 screw for securing cap on top of shoe (order part # HWR02-010606-10PK, sold separately).
Replaces Chicago Coin # 468-2512.
