Discontinued - substitute aftermarket replacement board # A-15430A.

Factory-original 10 opto switch driver PCB assembly for some Bally and Williams games. Populated PC board only- does not include mounting spacers/brackets or hardware.

Substitute for part #s A-15745, A-18159.1, and A-20246. Populated replacement for bare PC board #s 5768-13194-01 and 5768-14075-00.

Original factory board A-15430 is the same as A-15475, but did not come with standoff spacers for mounting. A-15475 shipped from the factory with standoff spacers already installed.
