White plastic skirt, or wafer, that sits under round passive bumpers (or dead bumpers) that are often used on many older vintage electro-mechanical (EM) games but also on a few electronic solid-state models. Passive bumpers are like pop bumpers, but they do not kick when the ball hits them- they simply score points.
Use with passive bumper body # C-114, available separately.
Molded plastic with 4 holes. Replaces # A-1218, Bally # C-790-11 & C-790, Gottlieb # C-10433-WHITE and # C-10433, and possible others.
