128 x 8 static ram (SRAM) chip, 24-pins, DIP. Used on many early-model makes and models for static RAM memory. Used as IC13 & IC16 on Williams solid-state games. Used as U7 on Bally and Stern solid-state games. Replaces Bally # E-620-30, Williams # 5A-9003, F6810P and others.
Use with 24-pin chip socket.
These chips are game-tested before shipping to confirm proper operation.
