Processor chip, 40-pin DIP package. Includes internal RAM.
Found in most vintage Williams electronic solid-state (SS) pinball games. This is the main processor chip on the MPU board in these games, and controls all game operation.
Replacement for Williams part # 5A-9150, EF6802P, and others.
Note that some Williams boards that have this CPU chip can also take a 6808 chip (6808 requires external RAM). Please verify which chip your board is set up for before ordering, as electronic parts are not returnable.
Use with 40-pin chip socket.
These chips are game-tested before shipping to confirm proper operation.
