Ships as 68B00 (replaces 6800). 6800 central processing unit (CPU) chip, as used on most vintage Bally and Stern electronic solid-state (SS) games. 40 pin chip (20 pins each side). This is the main processing chip, used on the MPU board in these games, and controls all game operation. Replacement for Bally/Midway #s E-00620-0028 and E-620-28, and Williams # 5A-8987 .
Use with 40-pin chip socket.
These chips are game-tested before shipping to confirm proper operation.
