As used in blanking circuits in Williams solid-state games, and zero-crossing detector circuits in Bally/Stern solid-state pinball games. Many other common uses as well. If your L7 Williams solid-state pinball is kicking on coils when you turn it on, your 555 timer IC may be on it's way out.

Use with 8-pin chip socket.
