Surface-mount (SMT) ASIC chip used on DCS and A/V sound boards in some late-model Bally/Williams games made between 1994 and 1999. Replaces ASIC chip at location U1 on DCS sound boards, and location U21 on later A/V boards. Measures 15/16 inch square, 68 pins. Requires wave-form soldering for installation.
