Factory-original NOS (new old stock) plastic molded jaw, or mandible, for Rudy.
This piece has the lower lip painted from the factory.
Alternately available as part # 03-8424 which is a new reproduction part, and is unpainted.
NOTE: The quality of the painting on the lip on this part is what we would call "assembly-line quality". It is a little blotchy and should not be assumed to be mint or perfect. It likely will need to have some protection over it to preserve it against wear/tear from pin balls during play (clearcoating, re-painting with epoxy enamel, as suggestions...)
