Static RAM IC for Williams Level 7 MPU boards (2 chips per board- IC13 and IC16). 18 pin chip, 5v, 1K x 4 memory, 200ns access time. Replaces factory part # 5340-09409-XO, and part #s 2114-45, 2114N-2, 2114UCB, D2114AL-2, SY2114L and MSM2114L.

Install with 18 pin DIP chip socket to allow easy future removal/replacement.
