Replacement microswitch assembly with blade actuator for ball trough in some Data East and Sega games.
Replaces original discontinued part # 180-5118-00.
Also replaces # 500-5683-00, 500-5683-01, 28078.
NOTES:- This is a modern aftermarket replacement switch. Fit and function are same as discontinued original switch, with minor physical differences noted below.
- 3/16 inch wide actuator blade (discontinued original had 5/32 inch wide blade).
- Forward-mounted actuator blade (discontinued original was rear-mounted).
- 10 grams activation force. Manufacturer of discontinued original (E-Switch) rates this line of their switches (LS Series) at minimum 25 grams activation force. So per specs, this replacement switch should require less force to activate than the discontinued original.
- Some adjustment may be required after installation for proper operation, as is common with any switch replacement.
